All projects have a need for proper management to assure proper coordination and planning of the project. The objective of this work package is to ensure that the project runs as expected and in cases where issues arises that actions are taken accordingly.
The project management ensures that meetings are held throughout the project period for coordination of technical work as well as management issues that may arise throughout the project.
Expected outcome:
- Ensuring of project progress and periodical reporting
- Identification and actions on issues raised during the project period
- Periodically meeting arrangements
