This work package focuses on the development of a common architecture and framework which is fed into the technical work packages 2, 3 and 4, as to align the work done here. The work packages is responsible for defining use cases and delivering requirements that guides the work in the three work packages 2, 3 and 4. KPI for evaluation is developed in this work package as a part of input to the evaluation done in work package 5.
