This work package provides the technical solution on how to manage the large amount of data, how to store these effectively and extract features from the data sets. The work package also includes development of effective ways to visualize relevant data sets, such they become easy accessible for operators of the system. The work of handling the data is tightly coupled to the approach of accessing the data done in work package 2, and will lead to novel interaction of providing highly reliable data that meets given requirements while spending only required network resources for the purpose. The collected data is used also in combination with estimators developed in work package 4 to overcome missing or impartial data, and feeds data into the advanced asset management concepts developed also in work package 4.
